Vijay Aher is a Chemical Engineer from I.C.T., Mumbai University who has worked for Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. for 35 years. While doing service & Even during his college years, he has guided and mentored hundreds of students who needed clarity about their career choices and career growth.
To take his passion forward and make a change in society he decided to become a Career Counsellor. Today, he is a Green Belt certified career counsellor through Global Career Counselling Program, powered by Univariety.
Myself Vijay Aher. I started this career-counselling academy named after my parents to pursue an idea that I am really passionate about - career counselling. And my aim is to make sure every student who approaches me should be able to choose the right stream ( Science, Commerce, Arts/ Humanities ) and choose the right career after 12th std. as per their interest & passion.
I plan to guide and mentor students every step of the way as they find their dream careers. Be it help regarding how to study effectively to score high marks in exams to how to file college applications to get admission into their dream college. I cater to that segment of the society, in which the parents are in 40-50 age group, their income is around Rs.18 to 24 lacs as a couple/year & who are really serious about the career of their children.
I am on a mission of helping 100,000 Undergraduates & Graduating Students to achieve their career goals in the coming years.
